ReSPA Regional Mobility Programme 2024 - Call for applications

ReSPA is pleased to announce the launching of the “Regional Mobility Programme” which will be implemented, indicatively, during the following period: January – June 2024. The main components of this Mobility programme are the following:

 Executive education in a renowned School/Institute established in an EU Member State (3 days);

1. Study visits and exchanges with selected EU institutions in Brussels (2 days);
2. Job shadowing in regional organizations in the Western Balkans (or wider) – (5 working days):
3. Closing workshop (1 day)

ReSPA strongly believes that the Western Balkans’ intra-regional mobility of public servants will play a vital role in promoting regional cooperation and integration within the EU and further boosting regional cooperation initiatives.

Attached you may find the Call for Applications that ReSPA will advertise on its website and social media channels. The Call for applications describes the programme, its components, the eligibility criteria, application documents as well as the selection process.

IMPORTANT: Application documents will be sent to the e-mail addresses of the ReSPA Liaison Officers, as indicated in the Call. ReSPA Liaison Officers, under the close guidance of the Members of the ReSPA Governing Board, will conduct the selection process and will accordingly inform ReSPA of selected candidates for each ReSPA Member (up to 5 participants for each ReSPA Member). Applicants will have to apply by 15 December. ReSPA shall reserve the right to ask for additional supporting documents or ask to reconsider specific candidates should the criteria not be fully met.

 All costs for participation to the Programme will be covered by ReSPA.
